Do you find yourself unhappy with life and feeling miserable about yourself? Do you look down upon yourself? Do you feel scared to face your competition? Do you find yourself not gelling in any group? It is highly likely that you have low self esteem. High self esteem is a success factor for humans since time immemorial. In order to be happy, contended, and healthy, one has to build self esteem. Unless you respect yourself and your body, you cannot achieve anything in life and most importantly you will never be happy. Sometimes people end up in depression and always feel insecure in life. They carry this over to their personal life and this can affect parents, spouse and relatives.

To be loved by others, you must first start loving yourself. Your body and face reflects your self confidence or self esteem. If you send the wrong signals, people will feel the same way.
