What are the signs of stress? Stress is extremely personal, and so is your reaction to stressful scenarios. That’s why the signs and symptoms of stress tend to vary from person to person. Some stress symptoms are a racing mind, chest palpitation, when you are easily irritated, frequent headaches, muscle tension and pain, fatigue, decreased sex drive etc.
Keeping a journal is a great way to express yourself freely with no worries about how it will affect someone else. Stress affects all of us in some manner. But how we handle stress on an individual level is another story. That’s why you need a way to reduce your stress in a productive way.
If you have been under a great amount of stress, you can reduce that stress with journaling. Here are just a few ways that journaling can help reduce stress in your life:
