Using the Law of Attraction to Get What You Want
BySo you want that dream house. That dream car. That dream job. That dream income. How do you get these things using the law of attraction? The steps are actually quite simple.
1) State your intention. Be clear about what you want – better yet, write it down. And be very specific. How big is your dream house? How does it look like inside and outside? Where is it located? The more specific, the better. Also, state when you want to have it – write down your deadline.
2) Create the experience in your mind. This is a very important step in the process of applying the law of attraction that it is sometimes overlooked. What do I mean by “creating?” Imagine yourself in a situation where you already have, are, or doing what you want. For example, imagine that you are outside your dream house then walking in – first-person point of view. You go to the living room – which is designed exactly to your taste – and sit down to relax. You take the remote control to turn on your flat-screen TV. Later, you smell the delicious aroma of your favorite dish wafting from the kitchen.
In creating your experience, make use of your five senses as much as possible. Most importantly, feel the feelings of having what you want right now.
3) Affirm that is has already happened. Believe that that dream house is already yours. In your mind, you have already “ordered” it from the universe – it is only a question of when you will have it, not if you will have it. Affirming is a very important step – without belief, your intention loses power.
4) Take action. After “ordering” what you want from the universe, you will attract people and situations that will bring you close to your goal. For example, you might meet the architect who will be building your dream house. Stay alert for these people and situations and take action as needed.
Do all of the above and what was once your desire will become a reality.
