Heavy breathing – Many people feel as though their breathing is heavy. Some even experience a sensation of breathlessness. When uncontrolled, panting occurs during this time, which leads to hyperventilation.
All of these symptoms of stress and anxiety are scary, of course. Mostly, because they make you feel out of control.
